Texas State has won the Claud Jacobs Challenge women's golf tourney for the fourth straight year. At Victoria Country club, the Bobcats shot a final round 298 for a three-day 901, winning by 33 shots. Iowa won a second place tiebreaker over Missouri, with Louisiana Monroe and Sam Houston State rounding out the top five. Ali Lucas of Louisiana-Monroe won the individual title with a birdie on the second playoff hole, defeating the defending champ, Krista Puisite of Texas State. That's the sophomore's first ever college tourney title. UHV finished 17th with a 1086 score. That's 89 shots better than in last year's Claud Jacobs Challenge. Lyndie Smith had the best last round score for the Jaguars at 85 and the best three-day total at 266. Here are the rest of the Jaguars scores:
